Welcome to our very first blog post. Barbara and I are very excited to be sharing our nutrition and health tips! We have been working together on low carbohydrate nutrition research for the past couple of years after “meeting” on Facebook in a Nurse Practitioner group. Both of us utilize a low carb, high fat eating plan with our patients who suffer from a myriad of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and metabolic syndrome. Because our patients are seeing much success with reversing and controlling their illnesses using this lifestyle, we decided to share with you some of the principles.
