Avocado Fries

Avocados
Butter
Melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat.

Halve avocados and remove pit. Slice each half into 4 slices. Place in skillet. Allow to brown and then turn each piece.

Allow to brown. Turn heat off and remove from skillet. Serve.
